Just Winter

My bike got pretty icey at the race on Thursdaay
Being covered in mud when it is less than 20 degrees makes clean up interesting.

Thanks to Rodger we got a few pics from this final event 0f 2009
At Christmas time I spent some quality time out on the trail in front of my parents house. It keeps you warm even when the wind is blowing 30mph and it is 7 degrees out.

The Season for gettin it

Here is the bomb squad duo demonstrating via Iphone that indeed we had just knocked out a sweet ride at Blue River while the temperature was in the single digits Wednesday night.
This is Tuesday night Travis and I went out on MTB's in the slush snow, It was not really cold enough for us to be cold, but we were pretty wet by the end. Thursday I celebrated passing my Series 66 test with a five lap slam dance on my fixed gear at Swope. I am really hoping that I am the first person in the history of securities industry to celebrate anything with a fixed gear MTB ride.

Booyah

WORD
One real fun thing to do is after you make a trick little piece of riding to hollar out, "Techno challenge No touchdowns." That is a little gem that Steve Heal brought to my life that now brings me regular delight.
Oh crap I am confused

AHHH

I have not been recovering quickly. I am getting better but it has been awfully slow progress. I do think I have turned the corner.
Here is getting ready for a little trail ride at Smithville. Read more here

Slow to Respond

I know I have been bad with the new posts lately. I don't like it a bit, but something has to give at times, and it certainly is not going to be riding. The weekend was good. I raced on my Fixed gear Podium MTB Saturday at the Awesome Boss Cross race. I charged to a win in the SS class and held on for 6th in the open. I had my first Stumpjumper ride Sunday. Oh Oh oH yeah, good stuff. I just finished a post on it for the All New Stumpjumper Trail Crew Site, but it is not quite up yet because all of us riders seem to be pretty horrible at getting all the required "stuff" (internet language for important steps) done. I think I just read an email that one of the riders had hijacked the flickr site accidentaly, and it had to be "re done" (internet language for someone with skills to do some stuff).

Come out tomorrow night. Cross in the dark, there is lights in the park so do not hesitate because life is...too short
